  The Hours on this store are completely wrong!! Wasted 2 hours of my life and $20 gas driving all the way over here. UPS should reimburse me because it seems people have complained about this before and they still haven’t changed it

  I contacted this UPS store in dire need of some tracking information for some missing packages. I was pleasantly greeted on the phone by Elijah DeLeon! I explained to him my situation and how our business was missing 4 very expensive packages. With the limited information that I gave him (approximate package size, dropoff time window and date, no tracking number), he was able to literally track down the packages and provide me the information to find the items. He went as far as reviewing security footage to determine which packages I was referring to! Could not be more pleased and pleasantly surprised by the determination and diligence of Elijah. All the while he was also taking care of walk-in customers during our multiple phone calls. Long story short, we were able to find and retrieve our packages, all thanks to Elijah. Very appreciative of him and this UPS store location. Thanks!

  Thank you ups store for amazing service for my shipment especially the guy at the front desk - Harsh. Elijah was super helpful in completing my poster real quick in the previous order. All in all, highly satisfied with the service.
