On April 16, I went to the Subway located on Arapaho Rd to collect my mobile order that I had placed. When I arrived, the Subway employee, Carlos, said that someone else might have mistakenly taken it. I asked him if he could make my order again, to which he refused and told me to call the Subway support line for a refund. I wasted all that time just for him to deny me my order, a horrible customer service experience. Someone in corporate needs to inspect those stores to see if employees are practicing proper service.
Why did you let me order a sandwich you did not have all the ingredients for but not tell me until the sandwich was already made? If you would have told me when I told order the sandwich. I would have picked something else. I should have read the reviews.

Tengo meses viniendo a esta localización. Y es la mejor , el lugar siempre está limpio , aide y Juan te atienden muy amablemente. Se pone muy lleno en oras de lonche . Pero todo siempre está ordenado .
Ordered from this store twice and both times wrong. When you call nobody answers. I don't eat pork, so I ordered a veggie delight. It had BACON on it!
