  So I normally go to the arapaho subway by tom thumb. Don't fix what isn't broken. This is the worst sandwich I have ever gotten from Subway. Almost no meat, just a mess of sauce n veggies. This is definitely not what I ordered. Will never go back. And the jerk working inside needs an attitude adjustment. I walk in, no one is in there except the employee. No greeting. I'm standing there and standing there and he finally decided to acknowledge me. I was picking up 2 mobile orders and he got aggravated when I reminded him I had a drink. Shake my head. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

  Pésima atención al cliente, la empleada tarda en salir por estar mensajeando en su teléfono con los guantes puestos y te atiende de mala gana, no fui el único que lo notó porque el cliente que entró después de mi si se lo dijo de la mejor manera y su repuesta fue que si quería no le atendía, una vergüenza total. Deberían hacer una auditoría y cerrar lugares con tan pésimo servicio al cliente!!!!

  Went in 20 minutes before they closed after a long day, was only going to get one sandwich. Open sign was on, doors were unlocked, once I walked in I was yelled at by an employee on his phone that they were closed. Kicked out immediately despite the place obviously NOT being closed. Horrible customer service.

  Nancy was super nice and made our order just right. She was quick, friendly, and had a great attitude the whole time!.

  Very poor customer service. I was the only one here, yet the single employee did not acknowledge my presence in the store. I was the only customer in the store. I'm not coming back. Apparently he only speaks Spanish
