  I received an Allstate flyer in the mail, and I’ll admit my first thought was to throw it away! But something told me to take a moment and compare rates to see what Allstate had to offer. I’m so glad I did. I had the pleasure of speaking with Sean Howey, and from the very beginning, he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer my questions, explain my options clearly, and made the entire process feel easy and pressure-free. What started as a flyer headed for the trash turned into a wonderful customer service experience! It’s refreshing to speak with someone who genuinely seems interested in helping you find the right coverage and value. Thank you, Sean, for your patience, professionalism, and excellent service. Allstate is fortunate to have you representing their company. I highly recommend Sean Howey to anyone considering reviewing their insurance options!

  Sean Howey has been my Allstate agent. I have found him to be very unprofessional, judgmental and rude. He will argue rather than listen. Sean’s renewal premium was much higher and he did not contact me personally to let me know the premium had gone up significantly and my mortgage rose up to $300 more than it had been. Now it is at $500 more than it had been. I can’t just absorb this increase when I have other options. When I had questions about the huge increases, Sean just said, “It looks like you are paying higher escrow to make up for the deficit from the previous year.” I did not understand how I could have a deficit when we had agreed on a set premium and I was never informed it had doubled, then tripled from the low price he had listed on a flyer he had sent to my mailbox. Service and respect are values that are important.

  Do not deal with these people. Kayla will ignore your emails and phone calls, then add fraudulent charges to your account. Allstate will then threaten to send these fraudulent charges to collections.

  Sean Howey has been handling my insurance needs for a few years now. I've had an overall positive experience even when we had the serious car loses. Great job Team Howey !
