  I only have to make a phone call and all my questions are answered and my needs met. I bought a new vehicle and before I left the dealership, I had new insurance cards. I never worry!

  Hilary William Allstate is very unprofessional specially Stormi. They are on fault and not even accepting it. I have asked for homeowner insurance and Stormi told me if I do bundle with auto insurance then I will get discount. She emailed me the quote and I provided all the information which she requested. She told me to send email after I know the closing date. I emailed the date and she confirmed that policy will start. Today, I got to know that she just turn on the home insurance and not auto insurance. According to her she tried calling me but I never call back. I am asking if she has any proofs that she called me. I have never received any call. My question is why didnt she send an email me?? My husband called her to discuss and she hung up the phone. Seriously I have no idea why they have good rating with this kind of customer service. I cancelled my old auto insurance and new quote they are providing me $100 more.
