  I’m glad I’m not the only person who thinks the guy at the front desk is rude. This location used to be my go to place for the convenience but after my last 2 encounters with this gentleman, I’d rather go to another location where my business is appreciated. He definitely needs to go work somewhere else and not in any type of customer service field.

  Terrible front desk person, canceled my shipment for no trason, stating that we don’t deliver to PO Box, when in past they have shipped such. I would highly avoid this location

  The man at the front desk was rude, seemed like an inconvenience for him to do his job. He looked like he hates his job to me.

  I was in a bind with an urgent need for a large banner for a charity event. I had ordered from another well-known printing chain, but found out at 4 PM on a Thursday that they weren't able to complete it. My event was at 7 AM the next morning, so I started calling every printshop nearby to beg for help and luckily a nice lady at this location picked up. I could tell she was very busy with coworkers asking questions and phones ringing in the background, but she went out of her way to call other FedEx locations and connect me with one that had the right equipment and materials in stock. I immediately forgot her name so I can't give the proper credit, but thank you for connecting me with Flo at the US-75 location and saving my event!!!
