  I had received notification from my Credit Union that they had no proof of my vehicle insurance. A quick call to Clint Hibbard's office, and CJ Negrete, got the necessary info, and sent the info to my Credit Union. I appreciate this above and beyond service.

  I would not recommend this insurance company, they employ people that are foul mouthed and disrespectful to customers. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told no that I couldn’t then the agent asked me why I needed to speak to a superior was it to complain about his cussing and I said yes to which he said, and I quote, (I don’t give a fu@k) end quote. I had to report the agent to the BBB. It was the office from Desoto Tx.
