    Kiandria and Tamya were so wonderful and my food was delicious! Whole order was accurate thanks to them and I love that rhe atmosphere was focused on perfecting orders!

    Today I came in to pick up a DoorDash order. When I first walked in, I let the young lady at the front know I was there for DoorDash and gave her the customer’s name. She told me the order was almost ready and handed me the cup for the soda. Since I was trying to hurry up and complete the order, I went ahead and made the drink myself. When I brought the drink back to the front, I politely asked if they had a sticker or seal to place over the top of the drink so the customer would know it had not been tampered with. I explained that drivers normally are not supposed to prepare the drinks, but since I already did it, I just wanted the drink properly sealed for the customer’s safety and comfort. The employee then responded by asking why I made the soda anyway. I stayed calm because I was simply trying to do my job and keep the order moving. She later told me her name was Nicole and said she was the manager. I again politely asked if she could place the sticker or seal on the drink, but she refused and stated she did not have to do it. She also accused me of being hostile, which I do not feel was true at all. As a manager, I feel customer service and professionalism should be handled better, especially regarding DoorDash orders and food safety. I was not rude or disrespectful. I simply wanted the order properly sealed so the customer would feel comfortable knowing their drink was not tampered with. I believe Nicole could benefit from additional customer service and management training based on this interaction.

    Stopped by Wingstop today and had a great experience. TaMya and Bailey who helped me was very patient, polite, and made sure my order was correct. Customer service like that really stands out. The food was fresh and delicious too. Definitely coming back!
