  Came in on June 14th at around 1:20 to do a return and the girl at the counter had the worst attitude!! She was a bigger white girl with black hair and she helped me at the counter, when I greeted her and asked how she was she just stared at me. Didn’t say a single word the entire time other than “what can I do for you”. When I didn’t know what to do with the packages she just stared at me with the scanner in her hand until I turned it over for her to scan, said thank you at the end and was ignore again. I wasn’t looking for an entire conversation but considering you work at the front and customer service is part of your job, you could at least have a better attitude and show some decency.

  Great customer service. Makayla was incredibly helpful and friendly to me throughout my whole experience. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and made me feel valued as a customer.

  I have had 0 issues with UPS as a whole. The staff are friendly at our local store and always have a smile on their face. If you're in the business of training, hit up FedEx and offer to train everyone from corporate down. I cannot tell you on words how strong a dislike FedEx. But this isn't about them lol. I really really love UPS

  I had an outstanding experience thanks to an incredible team—Makayla, Mariah, Brayden, and Raleigh. From start to finish, they handled a complex job that involved emailing, printing, notarizing, and scanning with professionalism, patience, and efficiency. Each person played a key role in making sure everything was completed and on time, and their teamwork truly stood out. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to customer service. After I left, I had accidentally left behind 11 pages of sensitive documents. Before I could even get far, Mariah took it upon herself to run out and catch me before I drove off to return them. That level of care and integrity is rare and greatly appreciated. This team went above and beyond in every way. If you're looking for reliable, professional, and genuinely caring service, this is the group you want handling your needs. Absolutely 5-star service!
