  Food and services are ok but I don’t liked to be over charged. I got a rotisserie chicken sandwich and they charged me for a chicken and bacon sandwich. The girl was workin on a rush and added oil to my sandwich and even tho I didn’t ask for it. I get it tho I ain’t upset bout that. I come in here 3 times this past week and get the same sandwich and pay a different price every time. Something ain’t right.

  My husband & i Went here today at 3:37 pm was very disappointed the little skinny girl with the black hair has an adatude she wants to talk to people like there stupid, not me honey I'm not the 1, no snot nose teenagers is going to direspect me nore talk down to me I absolutely will not be returning i will take my money elsewhere & i will be calling corporate

  My husband ordered my Philly Steak sandwich online. However, when I received my sandwich is very poorly made. It primarily consisted of bread with very minimal vegetables. It didn’t even have the bell peppers on it. When I took it bk to the store, I showed Curt my sandwich and told him my concerns about the sandwich. He asked to see the receipt. I showed him. He proceeded to literally open up the sandwich, pick out a small onion and say “here are the onions.” I told him, I wanted the sandwich remade. He stated “I don’t know what you want me to do, everything is on there.” I again told him that the sandwich was very poorly made and ai would like it remade due to everything not being on there and literally the sandwich looked like a bread sandwich. He continued to be argumentative with me and disrespectful. He did not care that two other customers were in the store. I told him on multiple occasions to quit talking to me. He proceeded to state the sandwich was made right. I told him, he was being so defensive and argumentative he must have made the sandwich. He stated he did. I again told him to quit talking to me. He continued and I asked him what was the manager’s name and number. He told me Mary Bell. I told him I was going to report him for being unprofessional, disrespectful, lack of customer service, etc. He stated “I don’t care.” I began speaking with AJ another worker there who was very respectful and showed excellent customer service. The young man Curt does not need to be working in anyone’s customer service. He has no awareness of what it consists of. I’ve never had this experience at this store before and I always go there. Everyone I’ve encountered up until now has been great. Curt is going to make the store lose a lot of money if he acts the same way he did with me today with other customers. I feel that he has acted the same way before because he was too comfortable with being unprofessional, disrespectful, and argumentative. AJ refixed my sandwich and it was prepared correctly.

  Owner was running the register and when I asked if the price was correct on a wrap he said "stop crying, nobody cries about prices just stop crying about it!" Loudly in front of many customers. And just kept saying stop crying until I walked out... I will never come here again.
