    Owner was running the register and when I asked if the price was correct on a wrap he said "stop crying, nobody cries about prices just stop crying about it!" Loudly in front of many customers. And just kept saying stop crying until I walked out... I will never come here again.

    I went to get my order and came back in to store when noticing it had onions, tomatoes, and lettuce all of which I did not want on the sandwich I went in to explain to a peach color hair girl that was very rude and explained to me that she could not refund or remake the sandwich. In the mist of this I have 12 week old puppy in the car for about 15 minute trying to get a resolution about this and the girls were unwilling to help. No customer service, no compassion and it was my last eleven dollars and fifty six cent it’s currently 6:26 pm and I got the food at 5:33 pm I’m sitting outside trying to find a number. The one girl very tall told me that there was no number I needed to contact the app and she wasn’t willing to do anything for me. I also expressed how I was allergic to the items I listed and can’t eat it. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant and I also expressed how it’s one down the street closer to my house that I do not go to because, it isn’t very tasty like this one. So now I’m here with no food and no money to go get anything else.

    I walked to Subway on Tuesday February 3rd, 2026 starving as always!We were impressed w/ the store. so clean! The dinning area was tidy and the restroom was spotless. But more importantly the service we received was excellent all 3 ladies got to work with no hesitation 8 foot long sandwiches and 3 pizza later they saved dinner for the family.😀 Unfortunately I don't remember the young ladies names. But I did want to say we need more employees like them to have a successful business. Thank you very much for your help you deserve to be notified and recognized.
