  Ramon at Red Oak Cricket store is the best. He's polite knowledgeable, offers help with any problem he is able to help with. He helped me get a phone figured out that I bought elsewhere and was supposed to be on the same service and it wasn't. He helped to know what to look for when buying a phone and helped me get it set up. He also spent 2 days helping my mom on her phone when she accidentally got locked out of it. He was able to save her stuff and reload it after fixing the problem.
