  Tried giving a payment in store and employees always seem bothered that you are in there. Telling us you can pay online or call in the payment our card won’t go through online sometimes. I don’t understand why they can’t just take the payment.

  Raymondville cricket staff was rude today 7-7-26, been try to get a Hotspot modem since last week, left my number for them to call me on Monday, went Monday no modem after they told me they would get for me, left my number again, no call, went by Tuesday still no modem, she asked to leave my number and I said that I left it twice and she said if I wanted to leave it again I said no and she quickly said, we'll have a nice day instead of trying to help me out in any way she can, cricket needs better helping staff without the attitude.

  Got screwed by the manager when I activated 2 lines 1 phone I brought with me and bought a flip phone for my dad well I wanted the lowest plan well she said I'm going to give you this plan it will save you now....but it screwed me after 1 hour on the phone with Cricket they said we will talk to her about it but you're still screwed DON' GET CRICKET THERE CUSTOMER CARE DON'T CARE FACTS
