  The store manager or whoever is in charge of this specific store is NEVER there. On multiple occasions I’ve asked for a specific iphone and I am told the manager (Carolina) will bring it and the manager is never there! I’ve gone by at opening time, middle of the day, even in the afternoon on the off chance she MIGHT be in but NOPE!! Ive gone on different days and no luck. I went by last week and a younger girl said “sorry she just left” an hour after opening? Aren’t the store managers supposed to be there majority of the day to help the reps if needed? Should not have to jump through hoops to reach the store manager it’s ridiculous.

  I needed a lot of help as I was looking for a new phone and needed help to transfer my contacts and photos. The young girl Mariah was very rude did not want to answer my questions and was on her phone so I decided to come back another day. I met with the manager and she was no help either, telling me I had to get a phone at family dollar and i couldn’t even understand her! Sounds like she has no idea what’s going on… I was ready to switch companies but still i decided to go on yet ANOTHER day and was helped by Natalia who answered all of my questions and got me set up with a new phone and transferred everything. Store needs more people like that young lady, I will only stop by if she is in.

  I went today for help on trying to reach customer service about my phone and she said no , that I have to do it myself - 😕

  Tried giving a payment in store and employees always seem bothered that you are in there. Telling us you can pay online or call in the payment our card won’t go through online sometimes. I don’t understand why they can’t just take the payment.
