  Everyone at this store is amazing! Always fast service, friendly & welcome you with a smile. I drive out of my way to continue to give my business to this location despite moving & closer to another UPS Store because of how great the people & service is.

  The service I have continuously been receiving here has been incredible. Ever since I moved back to Texas last year, my kids and I have continued to come in here together. Kind employees such as Andrew, Alex, and Carl, have grown familiar with us, and it feels like visiting friends every time we visit. This is definitely one of the finest establishments in dfw for sure.

  I had such a wonderful experience at The UPS Store. Theresa was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient from start to finish. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and her spirit of servitude really stood out. It is rare to come across someone who makes a simple errand feel so smooth and pleasant. Thank you, Theresa and UPS (prosper) for excellent customer service and for making my visit such a positive one!

  Came in here today and was greeted right away! There was a long line but both workers did their best to help everyone as fast possible, and ensured that their needs were properly met. They have an amazing wide format printer that printed what I needed and the prices are reasonable and the quality of paper is superb. The customer service is the best one in the area by far. I will visit this place for my prints, shipments, and notary from now on.

  I had a great experience at this UPS Store. The service was fast, efficient, and professional from start to finish. I was honestly surprised after reading some of the negative reviews beforehand, because my experience was the complete opposite. The complaints I had seen just didn't match what I encountered at all. I was helped by Aleks, who was incredibly helpful and kept everything moving quickly while still being friendly and attentive. It's clear that customer service is a priority here. If you're looking for a UPS Store that gets things done efficiently and treats customers well, I would definitely recommend this location.
