  Horrible customer service. I only use UPS and normally use the location on Custer/Eldorado but was in this area. Had to overnight a cashiers check on Tuesday- at the cost of $75..however I send it. It was lost. I call on Friday and request to speak to someone that can handle this situation, after a phone call back from the 1800 I am then instructed to call the actual location. I call this location and am told no manager is in until Monday so they will call me on Monday. I explain it’s not acceptable because if this is lost I need to cancel. The young kid says he will call the manager while I hold . He gets back on and says he was told to track it which has already been done. I tell him to start a claim and I cancel the delivery, he says she’ll be in on Monday so to check back. I come in today …. Only to be completely dismissed from the beginning! Before I can even explain what i happened the last literally says “ she will call when she is in” !! Has not even asked for my information! Obviously annoyed, I am writing my info and the package info as she stands watching and after each line I write reaching for the pen! I ask if she can give me an idea when I will here from her she says - “ because of HIPPA I can’t give you her schedule “ I tell her I don’t want her schedule just an idea of when this will be resolved!! Ridiculous- never again.

  Everyone at this store is amazing! Always fast service, friendly & welcome you with a smile. I drive out of my way to continue to give my business to this location despite moving & closer to another UPS Store because of how great the people & service is.

  The service I have continuously been receiving here has been incredible. Ever since I moved back to Texas last year, my kids and I have continued to come in here together. Kind employees such as Andrew, Alex, and Carl, have grown familiar with us, and it feels like visiting friends every time we visit. This is definitely one of the finest establishments in dfw for sure.
