  I researched online what it would cost to mail a package- weight, zip codes and got comparative rates. UPS won by a good margin. It was incredibly inaccurate, by $9. The employee told me I could not get an accurate price online. That’s ridiculous. Your price ended up being about $.50 over USPS, the next cheapest. If I had accurate information regarding price, and factoring in driving and wait time, I would have chosen UPS but will not again because of the flagrant manipulation of your “price” generator. Plus, the employee stuck the tracking sticker on before she gave me the cost- on a plastic bag. I could not have walked out of I had wanted.

  Five stars for excellent customer service! Aleks was the employee who assisted me today, and he was fantastic. Not only was he super fast, but he was also incredibly nice and helpful with everything I needed. It’s rare to get such efficient and pleasant service these days. Thank you, Aleks!
