  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with the notary service at this UPS Store. The notary was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure all my documents were completed correctly. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service and would definitely return for any future notary or shipping needs. Highly recommend!

  I visited this location instead of the Celina UPS Store because there is more parking. That is the only positive aspect. The young lady(?) who scanned my package delivered ZERO customer service. She looked up and waved me her direction. When I asked which side of the plastic partition that I should go to since she was standing between 2 areas, she said, "What did you say?" I repeated my question and got a finger point and a barely audible "Here." I thanked her, but never received a thank you, you're welcome, or even a smile. I'm not asking for the red carpet treatment, but just at least a little civility. I always treat retail employees. with dignity and respect. I don't think it's a stretch to ask for the same. Life is too short to be miserable and this person CLEARLY is!

  I came to store and want to ship 2 packages. The supervisor was handing the packages for me. She’s too rude and looks like why you came here? Why cannot you go somewhere attitude. In-between shipping 2 packages, she went away multiple times to help others and I needs to wait until others complete. I could have accepted this but not the attitude towards customer and no empathy or trying to help. Too bad for the store to have a supervisor like this. Good luck for the employees and the store!!!

  Beware when making a notary "appointment" at this location. Last week I scheduled a 9am appointment. Arrived a little before 9, waiting in line behind someone with a large order- was never acknowledged by Joseline when I walked in, only to be told after the customer before finished(approx 9:20 at this point) that the notary wasn't there yet and was running late. Made another appt online, for later in the week. 1pm time slot. Arrive to be told by Joseline that yet again, the notary was not there and wouldn't be back until 2pm as they were on a "break". She could not give an explanation to me for why I'm able to set an appointment time online, show up for the appointment, not once, but now twice, and told the notary wasn't there. She keep saying "We can't see the appointments" and could only look at me with a blank look when I ask, "Why have the ability to make an appointment, if you can't see it". No apology for being inconvenienced the first and second time from her. Poor customer service, solid 0 out of 5 stars.
