  Zero stars. I ordered lemon pepper and Cajun extra hard. They barely look done, barely any lemon pepper or canon seasoning. No seasoning on fries. This is ridiculous

  They used to split the order evenly between flats and drums now its 70% flats on a 20 wing order, never again.

  No stars, I order from here because it’s the closest one to our home and it neverrrr fails they either do not answer the phone (when there is a problem) tell you they are gonna call back(after you have called millions of times) , or say call DoorDash to resolve? Call DoorDash? I ordered and paid YOUR business not DoorDash. HOW did you not get my order? How? I don’t order via DoorDash I order via app who you choose to use to deliver is on you and your store. Your store took my money so your store needs to give it back. Mind you every single time I order it’s always a minimum of $80 plus. I’m not made of money but I work my ass off to pay for convenience so I expect bare minimum customer service skills to be decent. Please refund my money, thank you! I have an order number, transaction number, sales number, and email confirmation that you received my order and money but I have yet to receive either one? Make it make sense

  Exceptional service! I had an incredible experience at this Wingstop thanks to Re’Gina, who went above and beyond. She was incredibly friendly, energetic, and works hard being I always see her every time I come in. A true asset to the team!

  I recently Doordashed from this location and it was a terrible experience. They forget to add in the extra sides of ranch I paid for, didn’t give me any napkins or silverware, and the wings were dry and hard. I’ve never encountered a problem with any other Wingstop location except for this one. This is the last time I’ll be eating from here
