  I bought a new phone from cricket about a Month ago, and now it’s doesn’t turn on anymore. I went back to the store to ask for help, but no one helped me or tried to fix the problem. I’m very disappointed with the Customer Service. When you buy a new phone, You expect it to work and for the company to Stand behind it.
