  Long wait , short staffing, food was lacking sauce and seasoning and orders were off the screen saying they were picked up and still waiting 20-30 mins for food.. cashier was not friendly at all

  Tamisha / not sure if that’s her real name answered the phone put me on hold for 20 minutes then I called back she yelled at me and said I’m the general manager here and I asked her name she hung up in my FACE I will never go back too this place Buffalo wild wings will forever be my go too if your job frustrates you so much you have too treat customers badly then you shouldn’t be answering the phones you should be the one cooking in the kitchen!!! I will be reaching out to corporate tomorrow about this situation as well

  I haven’t been in a while but I placed my order online and the food was ready within 10 minutes , however the chicken was good but the fries had way too much seasoning on the fries that I couldn’t enjoy it. It’ll be a minute before I return
