  By far one of the best subways in the area I live in Nederland but I drive out to this subway because the food is always more fresh and the staff if great!!

  Alicia is an exceptional leader. My sandwiches are prepared in excellent fashion in a very rapid manner. I have never been disappointed by the staff or the quality of the sandwiches I have recieved.

  The food as always was great always made to my taste. The works were equally great, friendly courteous and polite. The dining area is always clean.

  Says they close online at 11. Door said 10. We went at 8:45 and doors were locked with employees just standing in there. Couldn’t even get food. Someone needs to update their times or something.

  Just left from there we ordered two sandwiches. Told them we wanted toasted when we get home. The sandwiches have been microwaved not toasted at all. Bread is still cold. They could’ve just warned us. They are supposed to close at 10:30. We pulled up at 9:21 so I don’t see what was going on the employees were chilling sitting on the counter and refused to open the doors and made us go through the drive-through so they just fixed our sandwich any kind of way I do not accept that and I am a very loyal to customer. You need to do better with your employees.
