If I could give this store no stars I would.
When I entered the store, there was an individual who appeared to be a manager seated at a table on a computer and phone. There was no greeting or acknowledgment whatsoever. While not ideal, I initially overlooked it and proceeded to the counter.
Shortly after, another employee came out from the back. Instead of offering a basic and expected customer greeting, she made no verbal acknowledgment at all. She raised her hands in a dismissive manner, as if I were an inconvenience, and continued to say nothing.
What followed was even more concerning. The employee then removed her gloves and stated, “I don’t have time for this shit,” before walking back into the kitchen area.
At that point, I left immediately.
This experience goes beyond poor customer service—it reflects a breakdown in professionalism, basic service standards, and management oversight. The lack of accountability, combined with openly disrespectful behavior, is unacceptable in any customer-facing environment.
As someone who understands the importance of leadership and standards in a fast-paced setting, this appears to be a management issue as much as an employee issue. Situations like this do not happen without a lack of training, supervision, or culture.
I will not be returning to this location. I strongly recommend that this store be reviewed by corporate leadership to ensure appropriate standards, training, and accountability are being enforced.
