  If I could give it no stars I would!!! As I was coming home the driver was pulling up she let my furniture fall right out of her truck intentionally while on the phone with someone complaining about there job and cussing throwing packages around!! She definitely broke my furniture everyone has bad days but this was unprofessional and just terrible dropping someone's package out of your truck not trying to stop it is just terrible if you're not happy with where you're at or can't do the job find something else but breaking and ruining peoples packages is not ok!!!

  I was in town for a business trip, and when I landed I was made aware that the material's I needed were not going to be delivered in time for the event. I frantically called in, and Katherine immediately put my nerves at ease. I came in, told her what I needed, and she went above and beyond for me. Katherine Stayed until almost an hour after the office closed to make sure my needs were met. I cannot thank her enough for all she did to help me, and if I am ever back in Port Arthur, TX I will no doubt go to her for my office/printing needs.

  BEWARE...The worst packing center i have ever used.They packed almost 100 lbs. of valuable surgical tools in one box.No packing at all,really,i mean absolutely not 1 piece of paper or popcorn or bubble wrap.A third grader would have more sense.Spoke to Katherine who said she was a manager.Could have cared less and transferred me to a call center in central america who then transferred me back to port arthur.I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE YOU TO SEEK SHIPPING ELSEWHERE !!! or just throw you package to save the trouble
