  Called in to this store for large catering for the office. The manager, Tony, and his colleague were phenomenal. They met all of our requirements for catering. Everyone loved the wings, they were fresh, hot, and ready to eat. Definitely our top place for large catering. 👍🏻😁

  So this is the third time and I usually never complain. I just be like OK I’mma eat something but I really want to try their new flavor and I still just got my regular stuff and then I have to go back-and-forth with the lady that’s on the phone to tell me that I got the right order when I know I didn’t get the right order and she didn’t even know what goes on the cowboy flavored wings and then the manager he says oh I’m been there. I’ve watched him do it blah blah blah but I’m literally looking at it and it’s literally nothing there. Honestly, the Customer Service at this location has always been a problem and it’s really insane to me To call and complain and instead of getting an apology cause I would’ve been cool with an apology I didn’t even ask you to replace my order or anything, but instead you wanna stand 10 toes down that y’all did the right thing instead of apologizing for a mistake that y’all did that’s garbage and y’all have trash Customer Service please do better!

  This is one of the best-run Wingstop locations I’ve visited. I went in a little early with a special request because the six-wing sampler for the new flavors couldn’t be customized as extra crispy through the app. Ricardo understood exactly what I was asking the first time. He immediately went to the kitchen and made sure those wings received extra cooking time—no confusion, no repeated explanation, just attentive and efficient service. Everything came out quickly, piping hot, fresh, and perfectly crispy. The new Lemon Pepper Chili Glaze was a 10/10, and the Lemon Pepper Chili Crunch dry rub was a 9/10. My extra-crispy fries with Parmesan were perfect as well. My only small issue was that my separate six-piece order was supposed to be all flats and wasn’t, but that was the only miss in an otherwise excellent experience. Kudos to the manager for running such a strong operation and hiring employees like Ricardo. Ricardo was professional, personable, proactive, and made me feel as though my request genuinely mattered. I hope management recognizes him because he has real management potential. This is a very well-run store, and I will definitely be back.

  Best Wingstop in Collin County!
