  Just picked my order up from this location and I wanted to leave a review based off the service as the two gentlemen were EXTREMELY kind. I ordered online and ended up having to order again because it looked like the initial order didn’t go through. Arrived to retrieve my order and the gentlemen at the register was most kind. Then while fixing my drink, another gentleman greeted me by my name and confirmed the order did go through twice but he would refund me and they made sure to not make the order twice as it was identical. He was so kind and even apologized but it really was the system (website). I thanked them both before I left because most restaurants are not this kind or even willing to come acknowledge what happened with a smile and resolution. I appreciate their service and kindness to the fullest and will continue to order here!

  Extremely greasy and terrible packed How very disappointing to eat something that a few friends had suggested to me, and find out that this wings were not at all what I expected and although I understand how wings have to be prepared, these ones were soaked in grease. But that is not the worse part:I had this delivered and to my surprise the french fries arrived in a disposable dish with no cover on it!!! Exactly how can they send food without properly covering it? And the soft drink tasked only like mineral water. There are plenty of other places in Dallas to have wings, but this one I won't be calling again.

  DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!! Horrible customer service. Asked for a pair of gloves lady told me they never use gloves for their food.

  The staff at this location are really friendly and the managers are great at making sure everything’s running smoothly. My order was made quick, fresh, and accurate. I’ve gone to other locations and nothing beats this one, wings are perfect every single time. Always great coming to this location

  I ordered the 20pc Citrus wings, large fries and large drink. The fries were good, but the wings had little to no flavor at all. It was just seasoned. The sweet tea, was way too much sugar, and had an after taste as if the canister hadn't been washed the night before.
