  Waited for my take out for 40 mins. I walked in to a store that only had 6 people being served in house total. After 35 mins cashier apologised and said it was a problem with screens. Another customer returned later also upset about having to leave return and still order not ready. Thats when I realised something was wrong. I asked to speak.with manager. Shift leader left and did not return for another 10 mins. We dont give managers number yoy can return tomorrow. Another shift leader who was in the back did come and apologize. He issued me a refund for my meal and invited me to return. He recognised that they collectivly dropped the ball. The first shift leader however took no accountability offered little for the mix up and did not seem to get why I would be upset. A little training will go a.long way. The dine in traffic was very low. If the service delivery and oders are not fixed it will be mayhem when busy with dine in patrons.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Wingstop. I called in my order at 2:04PM on 7/19/26 and was told by the female employee that it would be ready in 25–30 minutes, she gave me the total and everything. When I arrived, I ended up waiting for an hour, only to be told that my order had never been placed. There was no communication or apology until after I had already wasted my time waiting. This was extremely frustrating and shows a lack of organization and customer service. I hope management addresses this issue so it doesn’t happen to other customers.

  This is my go to for wings to go. We order a lot of wings from here specially during Mavs and Cowboys games. We are all satisfied at least 9 out of 10 times. Well cooked wings and tasty. They don't skimp out on the fries too. We've tried other wing places and this one is the most consistent.
