  Everybody there deserves a raise. They are constantly super kind and patient, while also being quick and productive. There are a few people who have worked there for a long time; I just hope they're getting paid what they are worth.

  Every employee is always extremely helpful and patient with me, even with my learning disability / processing issues. There's a couple of people who have worked there for years, in particular, who deserve great praise. I greatly appreciate them.

  UPDATE: The store response still does not address my concern of the lack of customer service for a UPS issue. For the customer it doesn't matter if you claim their is a difference between the UPS Store, Corporate UPS, and UPS.com. It is all the same in the customers eyes and pointing fingers saying you can't resolve because the postage was bought on UPS.com is not a acceptable solution! Takes no ownership for messing up online postage by scanning it and label not printing out and then trying again and saying it now shows dropped off? Solution by them you need to call UPS customer service not I’ll call UPS customer service with you and get this sorted out!
