  I wand do document this bc of how unhelpful Matt was. I contacted the store and was on the phone with them for 5 min asking about my package. They confirmed they had my package and confirmed address, and name. I went in today and now it appears they do not have it, someone else picked it up and leave it up to me to figure it out. He had a careless attitude, I understand when it doesn’t match or such but I got confirmed my package was there by them and now my tracking doesn’t match? Sounds like someone did something wrong and they just shove my issue back to me to contact the manufacturer. I will never go back to this store.

  Came in for notary and when told we couldn’t notarize official documents we asked if we could do a copy certification by document custodian notarization. Employee male with long blond hair said yes to that, so we made a color copy. After we wrote the official statement on the copy and asked to sign in front of him, he then said no and forced us to pay for the copies. Poor attitude was absolutely atrocious with customer service behavior. Absolute disregard in attempts to communication.
