  Matt, the manager, is clueless and shows very little customer service knowledge. He has a poor attitude for someone in a management role, and as a customer, I fail to see what value he adds to this particular UPS Store. Read the reviews and you’ll see that many complaints are about him specifically. A package that was meant for a location across the street was mis-delivered to this store. Instead of refusing the package or doing the right thing and simply walking it across the street. Matt threw it in a USPS bin, which is essentially the same as throwing it in the garbage. When I called and asked why he’d do that, he just hung up on me. I went to the store in person to discuss it further and spoke with the owner, who apologized for how Matt handled the situation. That said, I doubt anything will actually change as a result.

  Excellent UPS location. The service here is consistently better than other locations.

  How can they have drivers who want to park anywhere and when you tell them kindly to move they get angry and insult you
