  ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a UPS Store. I visited this location for fingerprint scanning and expected at least some basic customer assistance. Instead, I was met with an attitude that made it seem like helping customers was an inconvenience. The store manager, Erica, was completely unhelpful. Rather than trying to understand the issue or offer any guidance, I was repeatedly told that they couldn’t do anything and that I needed to contact the company that owned the fingerprint machine. While I understand the equipment may be operated by a third party, that’s not an excuse to dismiss a customer who is standing in your store asking for help. The associate, Matt, was disrespectful and came across as impatient and dismissive. Instead of explaining the process professionally, I was essentially told that I was “doing it wrong” and sent away without any attempt to assist or troubleshoot. Good customer service isn’t about owning the equipment—it’s about treating people with respect and making a reasonable effort to help. Unfortunately, I experienced neither. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic courtesy from both Erica and Matt was extremely disappointing. If this is how customers are treated, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location and finding another UPS Store where customer service is actually valued.

  Matt and his team were super helpful in assisting with my needs. I had a blue screen protector that needed to be cut to size. A little off the beaten path. All staff friendly and helpful. Awesome. Thank you guys. And no charge which I thought was pretty cool. 😎 These guys do it right.
