  The staff was incredibly unhelpful and really needs a crash course in customer service. The agent kind of grunted and gestured for me to go to his register while who I believe was the manager, rudely shouted orders at other customers. There was no greeting, smile, even signs of life in his eyes. The first thing I said was that I needed to send something to be picked up at a UPS access point. The agent asked for names, phone numbers, to and from addresses, all of it. Only then he decides to flatly tell me that I "have to go online to sign up for an account to see if the package will be accepted at the access point." Umm, what? To avoid all of that I saw that there were USPS Priority flat rate envelopes and asked if I could send the item that way. He said "Yeah but it's at least $22.00." When I asked why since it shouldn't be more than $12.00 he said "We just charge a slight upcharge." Nearly twice as much does not qualify as slight, and again, this information up front would have been nice. This place just had a negative vibe and I will not consider it the next time I need to ship something.

  I found Christian to have a terrible attitude and an awful notary service. He was very unhelpful, provided no guidance, and even questioned the ability of my lawyers, which is not necessary of a notary.
