  I came to this store to return some Auto Parts and had the label on my phone. I was told it would be $2.99 to print my label and to buy a box no bigger than a shoebox would cost $8. It’s not that I don’t have the money, but I can go grab a cardboard box from the trash, shoot room and go to FedEx office and print the label for $.20. The woman behind the counter was nice, but whoever is deciding the pricing is out of touch. I could ship something cheaper from a cruise ship lol

  Matthew is a super nice guy. I shipped a package and paid extra for expecting the package could be delivered on Saturday. He put THREE Saturday stickers to help me out. Thank you for your superior service!

  Your service is 0, I just went to send a package and print a label, and it turns out your employees can add an additional fee to the check without my knowledge, you are the worst!!!!
