  Avoid this location. Awful customer service. The elder Asian gentleman with the glasses is very unpleasant and rude. If you ask him a simple question he won’t answer it and is just rude. Get this guy out of here

  Extremely rude. Had me remove stickers on a return package that were there before I got it. Last I know the stickers make no difference. Turns out his scanner was the problem and he made me take off every sticker on the return package for him to throw away. Wouldn’t recommend.

  I came into this UPS Store around 4:50 PM, about 10 minutes before closing, to make a simple return. Indian man at the register had a horrible attitude. I understand employees want to get home at the end of the day, but the store was still open during normal business hours. It's not like I'm coming at 10PM. The employee at the front immediately said, “Oh my God, these people coming in right before we close,” as another customer was walking in. That was unprofessional and felt confrontional but I kept my cool. The rest of the interaction wasn’t any better. He had me grab the bag for my return instead of assisting, never told me when the transaction was complete, didn’t hand me my receipt, barely made eye contact, and had an overall rude attitude from start to finish. I’ve always believed customers should be respectful of employees, but employees should also treat customers with basic courtesy during posted business hours. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a any store.

  Very friendly and efficient! They went over pricing options and were fair and reasonable. The quickest in and out I’ve ever had at a shipping center
