  We came to this store to print and notarize a power of attorney and what could have been a come and go thing, turned into a sweet social visit: the owners are so nice, costumer service was superb, we made conversation with the lady (Monica) and overall we are so impressed with their service and treatment that we won’t go to any other UPS store 😍😍😍 100% recommended!

  It is very rare to get excellent customer service these days. Let me say — NEVER lose Monica Sharma at your Preston/121 location. She went beyond the call addressing everyone’s needs in that line, and with a smile and grace.

  I had such a wonderful experience at this UPS Store today! Mr. and Mrs. Sharma were so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. They took the time to answer my questions, made the entire process quick and stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. You can tell they take pride in building relationships, and that personal touch is what sets this location apart. It’s rare to find customer service that’s this kind, patient, and professional these days.
