  Santiago at the Plano UPS helped me with printing some tickets from an email. Santiago patiently walked me through the entire process and printed the tickets quickly. Santiago was so genuinely friendly and helpful! This UPS is now my “go to” UPS store!

  Fairly new location. I almost felt like I had my own concierge service. I mailed out a certified letter, a priority package, notarized 2 documents, AND had copies made. Mr Kay was amazing and provided exceptional service. I will definitely be returning. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  This UPS franchisee is already miles better than the last. Why? The automatic door! I'm an whole 5 feet, 1 inch tall and with the last franchisee, it was a struggle to prop open the HEAVY manual door with one foot while attempting to yeet a box bigger than me through the opening...all as a congested line of customers watch me fight for my life. Other than this door upgrade, the attendant was friendly, the layout is more open, and the temperature control is such a relief in this Texas heat. I hope they are here forevaaaaaaaaah because a UPS to complete this "I gotta run errands" strip mall is just perfect.

  I had a great experience at UPS . Kaushik (Kay Rathore) was professional and friendly. I came in for a return and notary service and both were handled quickly and smoothly . Really appreciate how easy they made everything and will definitely return for future shipping and notary needs .
