I went to the Subway #2957, at 700 W. Spring Creek #106, Plano, Texas 75023 on Sunday May 24, 2026 around 7:45 pm and I have never had this type of BAD experience in the past with any restaurant or fast food place. No greeting, rude, and then taking order with bad attitudes and rudely. Most important is that when I asked her "can you please change the globe since you are touching the meats, etc", then she got mad, and ask me, "why" ....and she asked me..."don't touch our glass, etc".. and then ask me "do you want Sandwich or not?". I say yes. Anyway, she was very RUDE. She also refused to say her name when I asked her name. She is Indian girl. Reason I put the date and time, so that Owner or manager should find out who was work at that time.
Cleanest subway so far. All the subway are not the cleanest anymore unfortunately. The manager was really nice as well!
Indian girl that was here looked pissed off and was very rude, told me her system would be out for 10 the told me 20 min more. It feels like everytime I come she hates anyone who isn't indian. Im tired of seeing this from her and makes my experience here horrible and feeling u unwelcomed. I was here at 8:30 pm if anyone wants to avoid her.
During the interaction at this location the employee was super horrible, she appeared visibly frustrated—throwing food around while preparing orders and raising her voice at customers. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. We left before we even walked in.I understand that it can get busy, but customers should still be treated with respect. I hope management addresses this and improves the level of customer service at this location.

I visited this Subway location, and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The Girl working at the counter was dismissive and unwilling to assist customers. Instead of helping us place an order, we were told to go to a different location.
Customer service should be a basic expectation, and this interaction felt unprofessional and frustrating. I hope management looks into this and provides better training to ensure customers are treated respectfully in the future.
