Worst customer service by a subway joint ever. The online deals are not worth it, so don't go for that. Go where your treatment matters because that matters as much as cheap deals/getting your money's worth. The workers at this location don't understand English, and normally, I try to work with broken english speakers and give them grace, but this short Mexican man had a serious attitude problem. He didn't understand what I asked him about the subway online app, and then he angrily shook his head with an attitude. Okay, so we ordered on the app and we waited there for around 20 minutes and we went up 3 times to ask if our order was ready. It was and it was in the back because another worker had already made it. So I told my name and asked if it was already made and the short Mexican man said NO, that's not yours, when it actually was. We wanted to ask him to switch out the bread and add some sauces. But no. They told us our subway was not ready as they were making our subways in front of us. When I said I think that's mine pointing to my subway, the short Mexican man snapped at me and said 'you're order LAST and more customers in front of you'
How did all these customers come in front of me when we were there first and already placed 3 digital orders. Meanwhile, the other sweet lady was making our subways in front of us and I don't think she understood what was going on at all either. So finally after almost half an hour, we got our food and meanwhile, my dad who had surgery was sitting in the car waiting for us. So we were rushing and wanted something fast and relatively healthy and thought there was a deal online, so we chose subway. We had to go back to take care of our dad after surgery, but we had to unnecessarily wait 30 mins and be angrily spoken to by your employee. I told the short Mexican man when I grabbed my subs that he has horrible crappy customer service. This short Mexican man told me to GET OUT.
I said as if it's your store, who the hell are you to tell me to get out??
My husband told him you can't tell us to get out!
Customers keep subway in business and we are the reason employees like him get their biweekly paycheck. Have some decency and be grateful to your customers. I would never visit this location ever again. First and last time. Also, there were no tissues to wipe-cleanliness in question.
