  Raul told me they were out of lettuce when I noticed the lettuce they had out was brown and old. I asked him again if he was out of lettuce and if I could get fresh lettuce. I was ordering a salad. He again stated no they were out of lettuce. I said so you have no lettuce in the store he said no. Do not eat here! Apparently Raul doesn't understand nor care if his employer is forced to close location he will not have a job. Do better Raul! If I could leave a negative star I would.

  Wish I could leave zero stars. Waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes before they open at 9am to place some orders. But the door was locked even after their supposed opening time. The lady inside just looked at me and hushed me away with rude hand gestures without even showing the slightest effort to open the door and explain the situation. I wasted my time there and was late to my morning meeting because of this irresponsible and UNPROFESSIONAL business. Please save your trip and avoid this location at all cost.

  Went to pick up my sub, and I forgot my chips started pulling out of the parking lot and the gentleman who made my sub came out there and flagged me down and gave me my chips! Just don’t see good service like that anymore. This is at the subway located at Coit and 121. I did not get his name but thank you so much We’re giving me confident that good Customer Service still exists.
