  I wish I’d read the reviews before I chose to order from this location— strongly, recommend skipping. My sandwich, a meatball foot-long, had been microwaved and was rubbery. It was messy and not cut in half. When I entered the store, the sole employee on shift was sitting at a table with a “customer” deep in personal conversation.

  I went to the subway after a long day, I waited In like for 40 minutes to get started on my order, one guy working there that day and he was 65, he took 10 minutes on my order, only 2 cheeses to pick from, and once my order was complete. They had given me the wrong bread I ordered. Waste of time and money.

  Waited for 15 minutes to be helped, the man was sitting on a chair in the back refusing to acknowledge me or even turn around. Will never be back again

  Subway – Independence Parkway, Plano, TX ⭐ 1/5 Bought 3 sandwiches today. Multigrain bread was extremely hard and old – tasted terrible. Not fresh at all.

  I went in to this subway about a month ago and the girl working never acknowledged my presence. Took my order - no idle chit chat. I went home with my sandwich the Cold Cut Combo and the meet was discolored and hard. That’s right, the cold cuts were hard. Had to drive back to the store to get her to make a new one. Poor service and poor quality.
