  I send my daughter to go get me lunch while I was at work at this. Subway. I ordered foot-long chips and cookie. When I was having lunch at work. There was a hair on my sandwich. I couldn’t even eat my sub I didn’t even eat the chips or cookie. We Went back, took the food, showed him the hair and they wouldn’t even give me an exchange.

  I’ve been coming to this location since 2016 and the service is getting worse and worse Hispanic gentleman has been working for this location since then not sure if he is an assistant manager or manager is attitude has always been bad since 2016. A customer should never have to put up with rude customer service and treatment. Treat customers the way you would expect someone to treat you if you were in a restaurant. He still seems unhappy with his job and annoyed with people and customers. Never greets customers always rude and has no personality whatsoever. This use to be my favorite subway now I just whether make my own sandwich at the house if I have to deal with this kind of service. Ask him if he had any fresh cookies he had some fresh cookies baking in the oven as I saw and he lied straight to my face and said all we have is right here like I couldn’t have the fresh cookies. I couldn’t just got a refund right then and there and should have gave him a piece of mind but I rather do a review. Drink machine had knats flying around it which means it needed to be cleaned looks like he is the only one working in there and it was empty on a Sunday afternoon. The cooking area didn’t look fresh with certain meats something has to be done this is definitely becoming a bad atmosphere for customers with an unprofessional staff.

  They are simply robbing. Adding less cheese and protein. They said they add 1.5 slice of cheese on 6 inch and 3 slices on footlong.
