  I came in around 5:20 yesterday 7/22, when I walked in there was a young lady that was at the counter, at the moment she was the only one there making sandwiches already so I understood that she was busy but when I walked in I got looked at and ignored by her now I understand that I’m not entitled to kindness or nothing but at least say something or acknowledge me but I wasn’t mad or nothing. Another worker came in this time a guy and he helped me out then she started helping me out barely. When other people walked in she greeted them mind you I’m not trying to make this a race thing but I was the only black male that walked in at the time all the others that walked in after me were not black but I’m not trying to make this a race thing. Just had to share my experience I just thought this was a weird encounter. All this took place around 5:30-5:40 I believe 7/22/26.

  This is actually the second time we had a not so great experience at this Subway. We got 2 protein wraps and it was all fine until we asked for cucumbers on one. The lady kept saying no and wouldn’t budge. She kept saying “we’ll have to charge you for another sandwich off the menu” and it was confusing because wouldn’t we just pay an extra charge not a whole other sandwich? Finally she caved but looked for the 2 most wilted slices. This is exactly why we go to jersey mike's.

  Order was completed but not placed on the rack, after waiting for 10 mins I asked for my order and it was sitting on the counter

  literally found this in my food. Went back for a refund and they was making the process difficult…don’t recommend coming to this one
