    Not all Subway locations are equal. This location provides the best service to be expected. The Subway in Murphy is the worst. I hope that Murphy location goes out of business. That Murphy location deserves to go out of business.

    I like Subway sandwiches I like them a lot... I remove one star because all the sugar they put in the bread Service is good there is always two ladies there they're very nice they take care of you right away never had a problem Atmosphere The tables a little sticky they need cleaning lighting is a little bit dingy The men's bathroom has been broken down for a long time.. The tables and chairs are a little too close together

    If you ask for condiments or sauces on your sandwich, be sure to specify how much you want. The employee accidentally added an unusually large amount of mustard, and I couldn’t finish the sandwich.

    I will be filing a police report on the skinny employee with the glasses. I stopped by for two sandwiches and he didn't greet me at all, didn't say anything, not even a "sorry for the wait" since he was on his phone watching something unprofessional, for polite sake. When he got to the dressings, I asked if he could add extra mayo, and instead of responding politely, he responded with a mutter under his breath and started saying derogatory things towards me. When I told him to fix his attitude, he punched the oven and started saying to go kill myself. When I asked why he was acting that way and that it was incredibly unprofessional, he threw a veggie container at me. I immediately left and called the police. Will not be returning and will file a complaint with the city, health department, BBB, and the police because this man has issues and if management won't look into this, this man can seriously hurt an employee or a customer, even a child! Please, please, please be very careful with this man.

    Came here and felt automatically welcomed. Greeted by Janelle, who was extremely kind, attentive, and professional. I saw how she interacted with other guests as well and she delivered the same service, treating everyone so kindly. After finishing up with our order, she went straight back to maintaining the work and cleaning up after other guests had left. I don’t usually leave reviews so much, but she deserves praise for her demeanor and work ethic that was clearly displayed. Janelle was absolutely superb and she is someone that makes me want to come back to establishments because of this. Keep up the great work Janelle, and give her a raise ! Thank you again :)
