  Very disappointing experience this morning. The establishment states that it opens at 8:00 AM, so I arrived at approximately 8:15 AM expecting the store to be open and ready to serve customers. Instead, I was told by the employee that they had just arrived and that the store doesn’t really open until 8:30 AM. If the store is not prepared to open and serve customers at 8:00 AM, then the posted hours should reflect the actual operating time. Customers should not have to wait because employees are arriving late or not being prepared to open on time. When I walked in, the employee was also on their phone, which did not give the impression that they were focused on getting the store ready for customers. I understand that mornings may not be the busiest time for Subway, but that should not be an excuse for poor customer service or delayed opening. I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service. If your posted hours say 8:00 AM, the expectation is that the store will actually be open and ready to serve at 8:00 AM.

  La chica me atendió bien cuando pedí mi subway solo que cuando fui por la bebida. No tenían té para tomar y se miraba que no habían lavado el recipiente, porque al probar un poco sabía a fermentado y decidí tirarlo. Lo demás está bien.

  Not all Subway locations are equal. This location provides the best service to be expected. The Subway in Murphy is the worst. I hope that Murphy location goes out of business. That Murphy location deserves to go out of business.

  I like Subway sandwiches I like them a lot... I remove one star because all the sugar they put in the bread Service is good there is always two ladies there they're very nice they take care of you right away never had a problem Atmosphere The tables a little sticky they need cleaning lighting is a little bit dingy The men's bathroom has been broken down for a long time.. The tables and chairs are a little too close together
