We have been loyal customers of Kristie Barret's Allstate Insurance. We were what they call responsible, never missing any payments, no real issues for many years. That was until we noticed that our monthly premium wasn't just going up. If I was to renew (which I absolutely will not), my premium would jump to around $16,000!! This is almost double what I am currently paying!. There was no email, or call to see where they could help. As a matter of fact the only reason we are here today is because of the lack of concern for their loved clients. This is the problem with companies like Allstate. You can do all the things you are supposed to do. When you have a claim, they are notorious for denying and making you feel like it is not an issue. Not once did I get a call to chat about my skyrocketing insurance. This is why I am switching companies. Allstate, please know that I am terribly disappointed in your company. I plan on going as high as I can go with my grievance. You just do not care, and calling or emailing me after this review serves no purpose because it is all after the fact. Truthfully April Flores was the only person that truly tried to help me. If I would you, I would hold on to her, as she is an asset. Ms. Barrett, I know that you have a thriving business and could care less about us individuals who are having to pay these exorbitant amounts. To pay almost $1,200 a month for home insurance? Shame on you and your company. I grew up with companies really trying to not only retain, but take care of you. It is sad that it has come to this. I DO NOT recommend Kristie Barrett Allstate Insurance.
