  Very responsive. Sent a request for quote on a Sunday and Monday morning Shelby called me back confirming that he was working my proposal for a policy. He was able to match my policy with another carrier and save me nearly $3,000 on a bundled plan. All the paperwork was done the next day and he called my mortgage lender that day to transfer to Allstate. Took me a total of 30 minutes to save that money. Start with them first. I think you will be happy with the service

  Called in and always deal with Andrew Aragon, always a great experience. Andrew is professional and very knowledgeable related to home insurance. Enjoy working with him and Allstate - as long as pricing with Allstate is on point, I'll always ask for Andrew. Thank you for the great service!

  This is one of the BEST insurance offices in the area. I have my auto & home insurance with them and they were able to beat some of the top other insurance's coverage and price. I also have to say that the staff at this office is amazing, every last one of them. Great customer service through and through! All of them are able to answer all of your questions, and their shining star of the group, LaToya. She has been so patience with all of my questions the time it took her to explain to make sure I understood everything. If you want a great office, with a great staff you must choose the John Clements TEAM! I am a very satisfied Customer!
