This morning I was helped by Karen Waits and Danny Chappell, they did a great job finding, and showed genuine interest towards helping me finding my package. Extrema friendly and professional.
Walked into the location to find no one at the front desk. All employees were in the back. Only one checkout was credit card capable. The other agent's credit card machine was broken. Additionally, the suite number was left off my package. Even though it was clearly in the shipping instructions.
I was there a few days ago, there was an African American man around 50 maybe older, was so rude for no reason. I told him I had some Amazon returns, before scanning the QR code he said you'll have to put these in a box. I said these are no box no label. He said pass me one of those envelopes. Not even please or anything, and I thought that was his job? So rude. Then he scanned and said oh no it doesn't work. It was true that I had to ship from an office,but still, very unpleasant, needs some customer service training for sure. Basic manners say hi, smile, please and thank you and do your job don't be asking customers to pack their shit. Rude
