  I had a really poor experience at this FedEx location. The staff were extremely rude and unnecessarily confrontational. One employee tried to overcharge me and was very aggressive in explaining policies, even laughing with a colleague after I left. All I asked was a simple explanation for why a package couldn’t be delivered at a certain time. Instead of giving a clear reason, they made it impossible to communicate. If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t recommend going there. Being from another country doesn’t mean you can’t communicate well, after all, I learned English too.

  This morning I was helped by Karen Waits and Danny Chappell, they did a great job finding, and showed genuine interest towards helping me finding my package. Extrema friendly and professional.
