  Closes before 5pm. Somebody needs to look at their hours of operation. Multiple people reported timing discrepancies. FedEx should look in to this which will ruin the brand reputation. When customers get in to ship/give business, they are throwing on the face saying closed before closing time.

  En el día de hoy llame acerca de un producto que no pudo ser entregado debido a que necesitaba firma y realmente he recibido la peor atención de parte de la agente que me atendió, no estoy seguro pero creo se llama Helen o Helena pero definitivamente deprimente su atención al punto de colgarme la llamada porque no entendi su explicación y me colgó la llamada, pésimo servicio. Le puse una estrella porque de lo contrario no me dejaba comentar pero realmente no merece ni una estrella.

  Horrible customer service. Please don’t use this location as your delivery address. My Zara order went missing. An employee named Jene informed me that she didn’t receive it, but when I called customer service, they informed me that it had been given to the wrong recipient. The second Zara box, which arrived at the same location a day later, was completely damaged. My items had been taken out, tried on, thrown back in, and taped up. When I contacted FedEx customer service, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. If you don’t want your items to go missing and be trashed, don’t use this location.
