  I purchase my labels online for my business and can scan and ship with their self serve option. I’ve never had any issues and always go in the morning the same guy is super friendly to help or let me know he’s there if I need anything. I think people just need to realize how hard customer service is and if you walk in acting like a karen you deserve to be treated like one. Just be kind it’s not that hard and it doesn’t cost anything.

  Clean Store & Friendly Employees! Kenneth helped me today send a commercial / international package. He was a pro, knew exactly what to do, and took care of everything for me. I was having trouble emailing the label & I thought I only needed 3 customs forms, but he knew that it was 4. The other employees also seemed way nicer than USPS too

  Flo, the store manager, went above and beyond to help me with a print job despite the computer systems malfunctioning. She highly prioritized my time and my experience. Could not recommend her or this FedEx location more!
