Last Sunday, I went to purchase an iPhone 17 Pro, but the store did not have it in stock, so I decided to order it instead. Ms. Nathalie M assisted me with the purchase. I paid $1,300 for the iPhone 17 Pro. After completing the transaction, she informed me that my purchase included a free speaker and that my receipt had been sent to my email. When I arrived home and reviewed the receipt, I noticed that I was charged $69.99 for the speaker that was supposed to be free. Additionally, an extra $9 monthly insurance fee was added without my request or prior notification. I am requesting a refund for the $69.99 speaker, which I did not ask for and was represented as free. I know the exact time I was at the store, so you can review the security camera footage and audio to verify that everything I am stating is true. I am requesting a prompt resolution to this matter.
