  I got sold a defective, refurbished phone. I was told it was brand new, 3 days later the phone starting slowing down and the apps were closing and not responding. I brought the phone back 2x within the 7day window to return the phone and was told to "buy more storage" or upgrade the phone. I bought more storage. Swept the phone of bugs, restarted the phone and updated the software on the phone and still nothing. The phone is dropping calls which is a health and safety issue. I'm not able to use the faulty camera because it shoots images as if they were grainy old school pics. I came in today on Tuesday to see if I can get it fixed and was told there was nothing the sales associate could do. She was there alone with a rotating line of customers and trying to solve my problem from across the room while other customers were present and was very very unprofessional. It's very clear no associate wants to really work here as all visits were met with very slow and non chalant character types. A manager needs to be present during EACH SHIFT rotation to help with production and customer service. The associates clearly seem overworked and underpaid and not very knowledgeable about anything in the store beyond the sales price of the items sold and iPhones. Close this store for rehire, customer service and product training. I have been a loyal customer for over 12 years with Cricket and I Have NEVER had this level of unprofessionalism

  Came Wednesday at 3pm. Middle of the day middle of the week DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Open sign was on and the door was locked. Lights on, backroom light was on. Whoever y'all have working here is costing you money locking the doors during business hours. We even called and no one answered

  Had always had a great experience at this location with friendly staff. But jut today this morning apparently new employee are taking over a lady unfortunately did not get her name but she has no customer skills at all. It looked like she was half awake minimum interaction with very bad attitude. I will definitely look for a new cricket location but please avoid this location not worth your money and time.
