  Everytime we order they are out of just about everything. We order 2 chicken sandwiches and tenders tonight online and guess what they are out of patties and tenders . Also out of lemonade and medium lids. Just crazy. Now they are trying to figure out how to refund my money no one knows how.

  Placed a $60 order for food the girl said i your extra ranch is in that bag there. Drove all the way out of town where i live n not ONE single ranch in my bags. I called the store and explained i live 30 minutes away and that i was willing to drive back to get it cause we ordered a large ranch. I explained to them i wanted my ordered remade and i would take my first order back and they said no. My boyfriend ate his wings and they had NO FLAVOR. It was the garlic parm flavor. Next time I’ll just take my business to Pizza Hut.

  The service was extremely disappointing. I ordered my food plain and dry, which should have been one of the easiest orders to get right, but it was still made incorrectly. When we brought it back and explained the mistake, instead of remaking it properly, they simply removed the items and handed it back as if we wouldn’t notice. We were literally watching the whole time. ( yes I’m that type and don’t care, if I’m paying I want it made correctly )The staff seemed more focused on joking around than paying attention to what the order is asking for. I’m sorry but if I’m paying for it, it should be made correctly and when asked to be fixed why not just do it right the first time instead of being a smart ass about it.
