  I stop by this shop frequently and while the food itself is mostly fresh they are often out of many Items and I have to go back to the Tomball location. The service itself is a shot in the dark you never know what you're going to get. There are three young men that work there and when they are all together the conversations are loud and inappropriate with a lot of cursing. on these nights service is slow because they are more focused on their conversation. One night when I addressed the foul language Robert stated that this was just their normal behavior and they were not doing anything wrong. He also stated that he was off the clock and just hanging out yet he was working. He is also the one that never wears a hat or hair net to contain his longer bushy hair. Pretty sure that's a health code violation.

  After a long day of moving residence we went 15 minutes before closing and they refused to serve us or even allow us in the store.

  And I didn’t even want to give it one star. This place has such an employee turnover. I thought this was supposed to be under new management. They never have everything I want on my sandwich. They are polite about it but when it’s missing a certain meat or sauce it just ruins the whole sandwich. I mean what do we expect when the place is ran by nothing but children. There’s never a manager there so of course the teens are going to Do whatever they want like invite all their friends to hangout there all day, horse-playing etc. They are extremely disrespectful by ignoring you while they finish talking to their friends & you’re just standing there waiting to place an order. I walked out. There’s also a dirty blonde or possible red ish hair girl that works there that is super rude & she talks about all her personal business to anyone who will listen. They need a new & present manager ASAP.

  I dont know if the old guy was having a bad day but he had such a terrible attitude and was rude while making my order complaining under his breath terrible service if you ask me i left and still told him have a great day and completely stayed silent charged me with an attitude i made sure i told him i appreciated him since who knows what's going on with him but today was such a terrible experience didnt even wrap my wrap picture below got mad when i asked him to please cut in half smh i dont think I'll be back at least not this location

  I really wanted a quick wrap close to my office last Thursday and there is a Subway really close. I knew the rotisserie chicken was back, so I gave it a try (I hadn't been to Subway much in the last 5 years and it used to be a go-to for before practice/game day food). The 2 women working at this location were so nice. One greeted me when I came in and said she'd be right with me (had another customer), the other finished ringing up someone's order and told me she would be right with me. They were so nice. I can really say that I will likely be back to this Subway at least once a week because of these two workers. A little kindness goes quite a way and just wanted to give a shout out to these two employees.
