  I went to Subway at around 9 PM because Google says the location closes at 11 PM. When I arrived, the sign on the door said the store closes at 10 PM. I walked up to the door and it was already locked. I spoke with Kenia, and she told me that they close one hour early every night for cleaning. If that is the store’s policy, the hours need to be updated online and clearly posted so customers know that the store actually stops serving an hour before the listed closing time. Please fix the hours on Google and your website, or clearly state that the store closes one hour early for cleaning. Customers should not have to show up during the posted business hours only to find the doors locked.
