  Packages dropped off on Aug 11, have yet to ship out according to a employee I spoke to today due to a backlog. Employee was courteous and understanding, but this rating is aimed at handling time. Small business here and having late shipments is not acceptable. I hardly use this location and will not be doing so in the future.

  The lady that was there looked like shedid not want to be there for realssss!!! Talking rude to the customers making faces she was so MISERABLE ! Omg someone please get her out of there… I never seen someone this annoyed and miserable with their job…

  Delivery driver was unable to deliver my package, this package was supposed to be next day air. I got to the FedEx store 15 after they had closed a driver leaving for the day called a manager on my behalf and she was able to get me my package. As it was a very important package that could not wait for the next buisness day. She was profesional in resolving my issue.

  Poor customer service! They never have a customer service representative that can actually help you! They ast for Notes to message you. But never used them. Drivers have poor knowledge They can never deliver to the correct address. And if your not outside they won't wait for you to get to the gate. This is an all around Horrorable Delivery Service company !!!
