Look, your service is inconsistent—mostly "downs" rather than "ups"—because your employees are incapable of resolving customer issues. Instead of helping, they feign ignorance and drag things out; they claimed that "the Agency" hadn't yet approved anything regarding the refund of money that was erroneously charged—specifically for adding an extra name that was never even recognized in the system. They were never able to resolve this problem. The reality is that we pay you directly and place our trust in you, yet you commit these kinds of errors and then fail to fix them. I tell you, this kind of error is tantamount to theft—and you know that money is sacred, considering how hard one struggles to earn it. Yet when we file a complaint, you come back with a string of lies and give us the runaround. That is abusive behavior. To top it all off, I never received any good news regarding the matter, which is why I chose to look for a different insurance provider. Once you establish a truly great customer service department—one where customer care is the #1 priority—then I might consider returning to you. After all, it is thanks to customer satisfaction that you are able to get paid and make a living. However, I certainly won't be returning to *that specific office*. Thank you very much, and have an excellent day. — Mr. Mario A. Flores
