  I’m currently sitting in my CAR! Will I say that the customer service was above and beyond ! I usually come here all the time food is always great! No one is perfect and I know there are times where things happens. But moments like! I haven’t even gotten home to eat and all I could think about is coming on here and leaving a great review ! Because holy cow did they stand out today! I came on here to see 2 star rate from them and that completely broke my heart! I hope they get all the 5 starts they deserve and I wish I could do something to show how much i appreciated this experience! I hadn’t even walked in yet and an employee or manager already greeted me on my way in another employee opened the door and my food was already Ready and HOT ! I’m leaving and the most genuine smiles and the way I was told to have a great. It was sooo memorable thank you so much wingstop employees 😭

  I’ve gave this Wingstop in particular chance have a chance, but they seem to almost always mess something up with my order. They don’t care about accuracy. What you get is what you get despite what you ordered. I ordered five hot lemon pepper and 15 hot honey. All of the wings were hot, lemon pepper. I just wish they cared about serving what people order. I guess I’ll just be eating whatever they want me to eat.

  If i could give NO star i would!! When they first started it was our #1 but after some months service turned upside down!!! the skinny girl that works in the front is very rude and has no respect..they take for ever and the wings are not fully cooked.

  I usually come here a lot and food is pretty decent. Today however my wings were undercooked and super greasy. Hopefully just a bad day

  Paid for an order on uber eats that was accidentally cancelled but I was still charged for the food. Called this location trying to pick up the food that I already paid for and they told me that I couldn’t get my food because it was cancelled thru uber and when I told em I had still paid for it but wasn’t getting a refund they basically told me I was out of luck and robbed me. Literal corporate robbery
