  The manager was dismissive and hostile from the moment she started talking to me. I was spoken to in a condescending and disrespectful manner, and the interaction felt discriminatory. Regardless of any operational issue, no customer should be treated this way because of their national origin. I understand that businesses can face operational issues, but there is never an excuse for speaking to people in such a way.

  Every time I go in, they are so helpful and courteous! Davina, the owner and Daniel Cornett, one of the associates have always been so good to me! It’s a wonderful environment!

  This UPS Store location was unnecessarily aggressive and rude toward customers. I especially found the manager’s attitude highly unprofessional and disrespectful. I understand that businesses can face operational issues, but there is never an excuse for speaking to people in a hostile or condescending manner. Customer service should remain respectful even during disagreements. Very disappointing experience overall.
