  Stopped by for a return. There was one person in front. As soon as the customer was done Vanessa immediately threw the package in the collection box making a very violent landing. I asked Vanessa,"Please don't throw this." Vanessa then says, "The delivery driver is going to throw it anyway." Beware this location.

  Absolute rip-off. They charged me $7.57 just to print a single shipping label. Come on guys, are you using golden paper or what? Pure price gouging for one piece of paper. Save your money and go somewhere else. I won't be back. Update: In response to the owner. Just because you inform customers upfront doesn't justify charging an absurd amount to print one page. People drive a long distance just to drop off a package, so they are forced to pay your fee rather than turn back empty-handed. Taking advantage of someone's situation like this is pathetic customer service.

  In one word, OUTSTANDING. Devina exemplifies what it means to be a leader! She helped me with shipping some paint supplies during the peak of the day and exhibited such focus, organization and most importantly, PATENCE!   I recently visited this UPS Store to return office equipment after leaving my previous job. It was an emotional experience, but the owner made it so much easier. She was compassionate, kind, and incredibly encouraging during a time when I truly needed it. She treated me with genuine warmth and respect, and her words of encouragement meant more than she probably realized. It's rare to meet someone who takes the time to show such kindness to a customer. Thank you for turning what could have been a difficult day into a positive one. Your compassion and outstanding customer service will not be forgotten. I highly recommend this UPS Store to anyone looking for excellent service from someone who truly cares.
