  What a ridiculous experience with the printing charges! I asked for a 9×6 color print, but here’s what happened: * $0.71 for the paper and print. * They printed the wrong size because they didn’t know how to select the correct print settings. * I was then charged an additional $0.84 to reprint it correctly. * On top of that, they added a $1.00 “enlarge” fee for a mistake that wasn’t mine. * And another $2.50 “assistance” charge for helping with the print. The total came to $5.47 (including taxes) for a single color print. Charging customers for staff mistakes and basic assistance is disappointing. This seems like an expensive way to make money from a simple printing job.

  I visited strictly out of convenience. I needed to make a trip to Walmart and USPS, but with it raining I decided to try FedEx in an effort to make one less trip. Thank you, Chris, for fantastic service! As a busy mom of two littles you made my experience super fast and easy, while also providing a special surprise toy for my daughter - it was really fun for her :-)

  Slowest location yet... One person working the middle of a Saturday afternoon 😞
